Wireless cellular carriers have announced they are aiming to shutdown 3G technologies by 2022, but this does not guarantee coverage until then. It is common practice for carriers to reduce coverage during transition periods.
All panels with 3G communicators will cease to communicate with our central station leaving those customers unprotected.
To avoid interruption of your home monitoring, we need to perform an onsite update of your system. Without this update, your home will not be monitored.
There will be no increase in Monthly or Annual monitoring charges, but does cost for the device and appointment.
